Richard Yaffe, a principal of Triangle Properties since 1996, has more than 30 years experience in the real estate and building industries. He handles all aspects of asset management, including lease negotiations, tenant relations, capital improvements, financing and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Yaffe oversees third-party property management and Triangle’s in-house architecture department.
Mr. Yaffe is a Registered Architect and Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York. He is a founding Director and current Treasurer of BOMA-Long Island (Building Owners and Managers Association). In addition, Mr. Yaffe is a current member, as well as past Director and Treasurer, of The New York Society of Architects. He holds a BS degree in Architecture and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Yaffe is an occasional contributing writer for the New York Real Estate Journal. He studies classical piano, composes jazz, and plays keyboards & sings in a rock band. In addition, he’s a crossword and KenKen enthusiast. |
