David AbelSIOR – Principal – In Memoriam(1941-2018)
David Abel had more than 50 years of experience in the real estate industry and was a co-founder of both United Realty and Triangle Properties. As a principal of both United Realty and Triangle Properties, he had been a vital part of thousands of real estate transactions including sales, leases, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks, leases with options to purchase, finance and management. Mr. Abel was a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and his creativity, industry contacts and vast knowledge were essential to United Realty clients in successfully addressing any and all real estate questions, challenges and opportunities. |
