A consummate professional with over four decades of experience in real estate, Ray caters to the specific needs of customers and clients alike, offering sellers individualized and innovative marketing strategies, as well as expertise with negotiations, and buyers receive unwavering personal attention. Ray brings uniqueness to the industry, as he is involved in both Brokerage and Property Ownership allowing him to understand both sides of the methods in concluding a successful deal for buyer/seller/landlord.

 

Ray was honored by ABLI/CIBS in 2011 for the Largest Office Brokerage Deal on Long Island. He has been noted in numerous articles as “Mr. Port Washington”, as he was instrumental in pioneering the sale of land and for having had developers build over a million square feet of office and industrial space in the 1980 and 1990’s. He is responsible for brokering and developing over 80% of Port Washington Industrial Park. Ray has been involved with many of the leading companies on Long Island such as Marchon Eyewear, MSC Industrial Supply Co., Gilbert Displays, Federal Express and Viacom.

 

Driven by a strong work ethic with incredible stamina, Ray enjoys and thrives on the massive change under fire in crisis situations whether it is for his own personal business or his co-workers. He feels responsible for the long-term security of the people he works with and is proud to have mentored and guided many to progress in their careers.

 

Ray has served on the CIBS Ethics and Arbitration Board, Board of Zoning Appeals Incorporated Village of Roslyn Estates, President of Homeowners Association Villas at Harts Cove. Ray has a long list of charitable donations which has always been a priority for him.

 

Ray holds a business degree from Southern Illinois University. He resides in Roslyn Estates with his wife, Donna and has two children, Evan and Dana. His passions away from work include playing golf, boating, gardening, and travelling.
